Hello friends its good to be back posting here again after the delay -my apologies to my listeners.
Contrary to possible public opinion i havent been kidnapped by aliens or absconded to a small island near Barbados (although that might be nice!)
No, sadly not that, i actually had a heart attack back in april and its been a bit of a slog getting the old mojo back for the tunes but it never leaves you does it.
After 20 years of pushing my luck it finally all caught up with me and bang! in a way it was a lesson in life i needed though. i no longer smoke, eat healthier and generally look after myself much better now so i have positive results to be happy for. the pills are a bit much though tbh...
