Bit of this and that - lounge, chillout, jazzy sounds, 'world' sounds, just nice to chill to on a warm Summer evening /night smile Nice late night grooves - some vocals in this one, not my usual preferance but goes well here..........I think......
I hope that you enjoy. Good night........sweet dreams.................................
i'm sorry being so delayed you know... busy!! don't know whats going on in your mind when you create something like this but you have the right feeling for give it a mood i like so much. much respect -- stefan

You're back and nothing changed. Lychee Chill is becoming an epic mix series, no compromise on quality and consistency. Earning the lifetime recognition of the Queen of Mellow title for you.
The intro track is just so Lychee, your special style, so mellow but has an edge with the percussion (tabla-like again true to heritage). I liked the confident and brave cutover to Track2, has to have a groove and this is just so tight, my kind of hiphop beats with the loungey tone. Absolutely brilliant.
The breathtaking moment is Track3 with the Sade bassline that is always a special surprise for me. I have just seen Chris Botti live in Sydney, he also has a "No Ordinary Love" cover but this is quite special with the portugese? lyrics.
The transition to Track4 is invisible, I honestly did not hear when it happened (well, first listen, I could analyze it smile. You had this flow for a long time, good to see that you did not forget it.
Track 5 has a nice oriental vibe and more traditional loungey but it works well to provide some contrast to the tight beats coming in at Track6, a great head nodding tune again with thumping bassline. Reminds me of some old funk, like "More bounce to the ounce" (I mean the bassline) and also some Ninja Tune vibes.
Another inaudible transition to Track 7. Same trick with Track 8, you take it mellow and then you bring in the dope beats, it's nice the way you play with the contrast while still keeping the overall mood. You are very consistent. It's the same old Lychee Sweet Lullaby mood here again. Track 8 very much reminded me of Chris Botti, check out "Miami Overnight", "Lisa", "Back Into My Heart" and "Last Three Minutes" from him.
Jazzy and dope at Track9, bit of a Benson soound or rather Ronny Jordan. I like the heavy rim shot snares.
Track 10 transition is seemless again and it's beautiful vocals, I liked the lyrics. The electro bass sound was a hint like Massive Attack, namely Protection if you know what I mean.
You save the best for last - or for the proper place. Track 11, the pinnacle of the mix smile. I was truly shocked, it is so wonderful, it's breathtaking. Honestly I did not believe you could take this mix so far. Well, the beats are classic as SWV sampled them in Right Here with a bit of an addition, the bassline is awesome and actually the whole track is almost like the above mentioned Botti Song "Back Into My Heart". Now you have to listen to that.
I did not like the transition into Track12 that much but I guess 11 was tops for me. It is still in the mood and an interesting track, bit of a Pork Records sound and of course I dig the tight groove. So far you have the tightest grooves on this Lychee Chill I guess, your special selection of heavy beats topped with the most tripping and atmospheric, easy sound. Like Track 15 again, very much down my alley. Perfect close to the mix.
It's an honor to have you here and being able to listen to your work. Thank you for sharing, we're ever grateful.
