ELECTRONICA – The series tells the story of DJ Electronica (played by NABIL IMANI – N.I DJ) rise to fame and wealth to eventually a life of Excess and self destruction after anonymously receiving a record vinyl. Episode 1: One beautiful morning DJ Electronica receives an anonymous package containing a vinyl record with a sticker saying "DIGGIN' ON YOU – if you listen to this record you will suffer a BRAIN DAMAGE". He thought it was a silly joke and didn't think much of it; he didn't play it either as he didn't have a turntable. That evening, while watching the news on TV, he saw a report about a mysterious death of a music producer who suffered a brain damage earlier that day and as he was watching the report, he spotted another copy of the Diggin' On You record in the producer's studio; his production label was called BUENA ONDA. The coincidence was too much to bear, DJ Electronica searched Google for the record label telephone number and decided to call them the following day. First thing in the morning he dialled the number. THE WAY I DO track was playing in the background before a young man sounding voice answered: "Buena Onda Records – Michael Stringer speaking, can I help you?" "Hi! Last night I saw the incident about one of your producers" said Dj Electronica. Michael interepted: "Sorry I can't make any further comments to the press, we are still waiting for the autopsy report" "I'm not press" replied Dj E "While watching the report, I saw a record next the producer Diggin' On You, the same record was sent to me in the morning with a warning of brain damage if I listen to it; this is too much of a coincidence!
