I wasn't that much of a Joy Division fan back in the day -- my observation was that depressives were listening to Joy Division and us bodyrockers were more into acts like Roxy Music, whose Flesh and Blood had come out by then -- so seeing the Ian Curtis biopic "Control" recently just made me want to hear some New Order tracks. This set serves up the associations that flow from bookending two New Order favorites, starting out with "Temptation" & achieving synthpop ultimacy with the final track, "Your Silent Face".
