I like the Intro, spoken words, I know it's the Hardcastle track but it works out nicely - Mark Farina does this on Mushroom Jazz and Coldcut in their Solid Steel show all the time.

This Hardcastle song reminds me of "Loose Ends - Hanging on a String", same electro-percussions (Sweetback's "You Will Rise" also used it in the Cottonbelly remix)
The "elevator sax" (I hate when they call it that way as I love smooth jazz - but no Kenny G) is nicely balanced with R&B tracks at 4,5,6 - Steve Winwood with Desiree? Where did you get this - it's great, I did not know they had a song together. There's even some gospel at 7 - well, almost, the singer sounds like Aretha Franklin...
Shakatak - still playing? Good to hear smile Norman Brown, the ultimate Norman Brown is my favorite, Randy Crawford, a bit more R&B again but then the smooth jazz genre is circles in with Candy Dulfer and Wishing on a Star (I've got probably 7-8 versions of this song - bit too much sax in this Jaared cover).
I just recently discovered Kloud 9 - my other all time favorite Incognito's Bluey was co-producing with them, great voices.
All'n'all it's a very sophisticated track selection.
