About Me
Native Brazilian Dido Spin began his professional career in late 90’s in Boston Massachusetts by earning his Certificate Program in Disk Jockeying at DJ Mix Academy (America's Only Comprehensive DJ Educational Program).
In summer 2009 he moved to New York City where the electronic music scene is wider, having performances at some nightclubs such as Pacha, Sullivan Room, Cielo, and the Brazilian Day Festival in Manhattan, spinning at the Electronic Music DJ Stage. Dido Spin created his own technique and he’s been totally concentrated in his musical sound; a mix of finest house music with warm and appealing percussive and tribal landscapes intertwined with a use of modern tech-house and progressive elements, totally underground.Today Dido splits his time between studio work in New York and playing gigs in and outside the big apple. He holds a weekly Podcast and Radio Mix Show sharing his experiences with other DJ’s around the world and enjoying a wide range of support from his fans.
