About Me
AKSHARA aka Ronan, began in Music at 12 years old thru traditional Celtic sounds with Irish Flute. New wave and 80’s pop made him start playing bass guitar and keyboard.
At 19 years old he became a sailor and went around the world as a seaman.
Inveterate traveler, whilst on a trip to Belgium in 1995 he was exposed to the ‘Acid’ sound of that time which was a defining moment for him for his future musical direction, but not until 7 years later was that influence to come to the fore.
In 2003, he started mixing Psy-trance; since then. Over the last seven years he has developed his very own original style as a DJ leading to gigs at many events throughout France and also a successful stint in Thailand.
After all the years of experience he has great self belief and technical ability and is able to express ‘TRANCE’ whatever the style, Psy-trance, full-on or progressive…No limits! His style can only be described as funky whilst still full.
