About Me
In 1972, BJORN ROHDE, was born in a little village in the North of the Ruhr Area/Germany.
His passion for music began at an early age.
In 1992 the electronic music brought him to the new music genres Techno/Trance style. He began to work as a DJ in the Ruhr Area underground scene. At the end of the nineties, he did a long creative break. Since the end of 2000 he is back with new inspirations and ideas.Ingo Vogelmann was inviting Rohde to be a guest DJ on his own show LIGHTWORKS broadcasted at the online radio station “friskyradio.com”. In the mid of 2007, he launched his own Podcast "SATELLITE FM" on satellitefm.de.
In the beginning of 2008 he launched two resident DJ shows called DEPARTURE at sense.fm & FRESH MOOD at globalbeats.fm.
July 2008 - BJORN ROHDE was invited to be the "ARTIST OF THE WEEK" at the biggest Progressive House online radio station friskyradio.com.
