Hey Alex! First: Many thanks for listenig to my new mix, for your vote and comment on it! I have watched soooo many dj equipments videos and have read reports about them, before I have bought the TRAKTOR KONTROL S8! For me it is one of the best dj tools current as CARL COX says so too! Why? So many dj's say the Traktor Kontrol S8 controls "only" a software. That is blindfold! Think about this: What is a PIONEER NEXUS 2000 when it is NOT switched on? A HARDWARE! And what is installed installed IN THIS HARDWARE? Yes, a SOFTWARE!! The SOFTWARE PIONEER has developed is called RECORD BOX! So the RECORD BOX software and the TRAKTOR software is only another SYSTEM! Once it runs on a CDJ, which is the hardware, some other time it runs on a LAPTOP, which is also a HARDWARE! And (!!!!): You can trigger the channels of TRAKTOR with the Pioneer CDJ 2000 too in combination with the Traktor Kontrol S8 for example! Also you have a DRUM MACHINE in Traktor, when you uses the REMIX DECKS, like I have done it! And (!!!!): You can synchronize Traktor with other dum machines like the ROLAND AIRA TR8 oder TR8S or MASCHINE by NATIVE INSTRUMENTS! Also you can synchronize it with ABLETON LIVE to use the effects of ABLETON LIVE or more! Furthermore you have already effects in TRAKTOR, but also you could combine it with the PIONEER RMX 1000 or 500! So many options! The Traktor Kontrol S8 is a brilliant dj tool!
