About Me
Aston Leidsman (Julian LaForce) was born 12 may 1983 Paramaribo/Suriname and grew up in Capelle a/d IJssel a town near Rotterdam. Since the beginning of his life he was always surrounded with the joy of music. When he was 6 years he attended a church choir in Surinam. He moved to Holland at a the age of 9. At the age of 11 he played the music for a school-musical.When he was 13 he started to make his own Hip/Hop beats on the computer. In 2000 a friend took him to a DJ school. He really liked what he saw and decided to become a DJ as well. After many months of hard work and saving he bought his own DJ Equipment.Every free minute of the day he spends behind his turntables.After long practice and sending demo's he got gigs at Paard van Troje,Kultuurhuis Bosch(Nachtkerk).He also played for XT3 Techno Radio.He also has been introduced to underground electronic music like electro, house, minimal, techhouse, techno so he started with producing and mixing of electronic underground music.
