Here's a collection of tunes that catches you at an energetic height with some intense and sparkly tracks, then gently works all the pent-up tension out of you, bit by bit, until you reach that moment where you can begin to unwind. Just about 10 years ago, as my ex and I were disengaging for what would turn out to have been the last time, I came back from a trip to his place in No. Carolina and cooked up this set in the emotional coals and ashes of that visit. And posted it as the 2008 Valentine’s Day sesh on mmRadio.

This year, I got some inspiration regarding reworking older sets & that sent me back for a fresh take on this collection of R&B-flavored tunes. I like to think the vibe is deeper now, and smoother, and maybe a little bit less weighty, if you get my drift =;^)
The smooth soul / R&B results include work from Remy Shand, Vice Lounge, Cinematic Orchestra, Groove Theory, Kool & the Gang remixed by De-Phazz, Praful and more.

I've always thought the original cover image was solid breakup gold, so I kept that and the title... but relax! There are no terms or conditions that accompany this mix.

Welcome all people - hello friends & fans!

I have rummaged on BEATPORT for good ideas in different genres or for good tracks general, but I wasn't really satisfied with all sets that I have compiled!

So I went to DJ TUNES and there I have found an "older" set, which I had compiled before a year, but I hadn't bought it! I have thought this is a powerful club set, like I had mixed it in the early years! To this set I have added some new tracks from the current charts and I have bought all for this mix!

These tracks were extremely difficult to mix, because they have partial beginnings with vocals and they were often in different keys! But I have done it! I have practised a lot to mix all LIVE for you! To this are mixed loops also LIVE in two remix decks! And the effects are also compiled only for this mix and played LIVE too!

To improve the recorded track I have cut it here and there, but not exessive! The LIVE feelings are preserved!! Also I have done a sound master.

Ok, you have to listen to the WHOLE set, so you can rate it and the work!
