Texas B.P.M (aka Texas Beats Per Minute) its a small network of DJ's and Producers in Texas. So far, it's based in San Antonio, Texas. Texas B.P.M. was founded by two DJ/Producers who formed an Industrial project called "Famous For Sins" under the idea of "free industry". Getting to all of that, Texas B.P.M IS free from industry. The Pop world will never know what kind of work really goes into some of the most talented DJ's and Producers' mixing, mastering, and overall production. The fundamental idea behind Texas B.P.M. is to scope out and promote these DJ's and Producers who are like-minded individuals when it comes to composing, producing, and performing live DJ sets. No buffer system is used like many of today's Pop labels which usually require the artist to sit in a studio for months on end tossing ideas around until a good song is written, and the huge process of getting it just right, and getting the go-ahead to make just one single song and put it out there to generate enough buzz to get that artist recognized. People want to hear great music now and not later, so Texas B.P.M. has made clear that there are no buffer systems for the overall creation, and sharing of an artists' talent. It's YOU who makes the music, YOU who decides what gets out there, WHEN it gets out there, and Texas B.P.M. is your local hub to do just that. Think of Texas B.P.M. as the label that features bonus media, outtakes, alternate scenes (or in this case, alternate mixes), live and in-studio coverage and streaming, behind the scenes, various press and interviews...the ultimate FREE media-FREE industry. Currently on this label, are founders Shawn Peery and Andre Louis Dufault of Industrial outfit "Famous For Sins", and themselves as solo artists who release side-tracks as well.
