About Me
switchState started DJ life in 2011 with the purchase of his first Technics turntables. Predominantly a Drum & Bass turntablist his mixes include various styles from around the musical spectrum.
His debut gig, supporting Brookes Brothers in 2012, put him in good stead for an array of highly profiled shows that include playing alongside Metrik, Camo & Krooked, Danny Byrd, Sigma, High Contrast, Rene Lavice, Hamilton, Mind Vortex, Logistics, SHOCKONE and S.P.Y.
Originally from the UK and moving to Melbourne, Australia at the age of 11 the DnB was obviously in his blood; as the eventual swap from saxophone to the wheels of steel became complete.
