About Me
Officially a DJ as of December 2012, my name is Anthony N. Dardano III, known as ShobuPrime within the gaming and social media community as well as my [unofficial] stage name, 3D. I studied Computer Science and Pre-Med at the University of Miami and I am an ambitious DJ and hardcore musical enthusiast.

This page will feature all of my recorded sets from SoundCloud and other musical hosting sites, as well as information regarding upcoming musical events I may engage in. It may also feature some live streaming events I occasionally host on Twitch.tv, where I'll play games with friends & fans or play live DJ sets.

I love music. Especially when I DJ parties and special events. I’ve played the Trumpet for 7 years and the musical theory and knowledge that I have obtained has really helped me when I perform in front of others.

When I mix, I like to perform all genres of electronic music. I have always been a "bedroom DJ", but I have officially started mixing at the beginning of this year, and I really do hope to eventually perform in front of reasonable crowds. My first series of mixes on SoundCloud is known as PrimeCast, and they will feature a broad range of great, true house music. My specialty is Progressive House, but I can do all sorts of genres ranging from Happy Hardcore all the way to Electro. I do plan on being able to efficiently mix all genres.

I mix on an iPad 2, with the Numark iDJ Pro controller. The headphones you'll see me use for my pre-cue is the Razer Kraken Pro.

My studio monitors consist of 2 KRK Rokit 5 G3s and a KRK 10s Subwoofer. My mic is the Seinheisser e838.

As an aspiring DJ, I really hope to get better as time goes on to eventually perform in front of large groups of people, or even on the radio. The whole purpose of these casts is not only to practice, but to entertain. Every mix is recorded live, no editing is done afterwords, so all of the awesome transitions... and sometimes inevitable mistakes are recorded. Still, I would really appreciate any input any of you have for me out there.

Sometimes I enjoy producing my own music with several DAWs including Cakewalk's Music Creator 6, Adobe Audition CS6, Sony Acid Pro 7, and reFX’s Nexus2 VST plugin.
