When I was 7, I had a portable record player that ran on batteries. It was really cool...and my very first lesson that vinyl melts in the sun. My first job at 16 was a radio announcer for the local radio station, and landed me several radio jobs for the next five years. Then, the collection of vinyl started. I started mixing electronica in 92, but didn't really become obsessed until about 99. I really love my records, but they are so damn heavy! Basically, music is my life. I started playing piano at 4, studied music at the conservatory level in voice and piano, and don't know any better than to keep playing and sharing. I want the whole world to feel like I do when I hear beautiful music.....free like the angels. Oh, and I am kinda old school. I use MK2's and a DJM-300 when I spin vinyl. recently, I am getting into MP3's...I know I know...but it's a lot of fun, and Lighter!!! One of my mixes is vinyl, the other MP3. Keep your minds and hearts open and let the Muse Sing!!
