About Me
The first 14 years of his life was filled with bmx bicycles and sports leaving no room for anything else.
He then started to spend time with his cousins who was a DJ and producer, so his conversion from bmx trick bike kid into a DJs padawan was easy. Growing up in in the 80's he had a lot of influence from many different artist and also different genres of music like funk, blues, Afro beat reggae and hip-hop & r&b. After two years of underground party’s, live radio DJ sessions, playing as warm-up DJ to people like Lauren hill, notorious big, Shabba ranks and Beenie man. He started to play at clubs like Nassau coliseum and the zoo club, which followed residencies in clubs across the country. He then moved to the U.S where things continued and gained lots of essential knowledge along the way. After two years in the U.S. he then moved to London where everything exploded in his life in terms of music, being introduced to music styles like drum and bass, Garage, dub-step, British hip hop, and crazy break beats, things certainly started to grow. Scotts always liked collecting vinyl so London was a melting pot for him; meeting guys like Carl Cox, Dave Pearce, and Sasha, all the way from London up to Leeds just showed me that when you collect vinyl you never know who you may bump into. After years he moved to Spain where he started to get into production and remixing. Playing at clubs in Barcelona and Ibiza Scott says he experienced some of his best DJ sets that he could ever imagine. With all the cultural influences in the music industry over the years his taste in music has grown immensely, along with his DJ sets. Scott then moved to Oslo for a while and met up with some real talented artist like Daniel Ortega and Geir G-HA where he continued to do what he loves. Now settled in Austria feeling totally inspired by being surrounded by so many orchestral artist, has helped his production skills move to the next level. Lets see what the future has in store.
