About Me
Morgan Cooper (Aka Sky High), strongly influenced by Bonzai Records Label and its DJ producers especially Yves Deruyter and Laurent Veronez (Airwave), but also by main artists of the electronic Trance and Techno scene such as Paul Van dyk or Dave Clarke, started as many dj on turntable in the mid 2000.
He gradually built up to himself a technique which allowed him to show his ability behind the decks in Parisian bars such as La Bric A Brac and the Inside bar.
His passion for electronic music led him to widen his musical directory in minimal and progressive music for eclectic dj sets, not limited to one style only.
Morgan Cooper joined Tekno Events in 2006, a team of passionate DJ willing to introduce and share their musical culture.
Today, thanks to his learning process in bars, Morgan Cooper also played in club, especially on the Batofar’s Terrace, for minimal, experimental, and industrial dj sets.
Since 2008, he also participated with Tekno Events in the organization of outdoor Parisian electronic parties (Performing trance dj set under the stage name Sky High).
His abilities on vinyl Turntable and his respect for the tones allowed him to be heir apparent of the 2011 Trance In France compétition, leading community in France concerning Trance Music.
