If you're unsure that's okay you tell the truth. You say, you're still experimenting, or clueless about what to do next. If I gave you $50 to buy a CD from the record store. Producers, re-mixers, web application developers never heard of it. You know every church has an alter. For a music site the Play and Fast Forward Bar is the alter. Transitions (in the context of Fast-Forwarding). Coming and going matters as much as what happens in the middle. Sometimes words are not needed to explain because people get the picture. Why would a Music Mobile Community and a DJ Community bastardise it? My friend has been buying coffee for 4 years twice a day and one day he forgot his wallet. They won't give him a coffee for that day. I told them to fuck-off because that is just bad business.

People who don't care like a big bank would say you need 20% deposit to buy a home. It takes 25-30 years. You want to be self-employed. You want to own a business. You want to retire early. Sounds good but shit in practise.

People who care will say you can now buy a home with no deposit or 5% deposit as long as you have a job and make the minimum repayments. You can buy a house that we build for you at a higher purchase price. If the borrowers defaults its their fault. There's nothing wrong with a Low Doc Home Product.

People who care will tell you that a couple can now own and pay off their mortgage in 7-years provided they do a few things like being a DINK (Double Income No Kids for 7 years). In that 7 years each person can afford a luxurious car, go on holiday, etc. A lot of people do these days.
