• Vee Rush had already been fiddling around with making beats and sounds on a four-track recorder while he was in high school, but it was during college that he co-founded his own label as an outlet for his original tracks. Hooking up with other local DJ's through the local town radio station, Vee began releasing the "INFILTRATOR" mix tapes in 1990 and produced his own TV show. His tracks spread widely through the DJ-strong house underground, eventually catching the attention of many labels.
• He has been rocking the decks since he was barely toilet-trained, when he rifled through his dad's vast and eclectic record collection and started experimenting with the controls on their old walnut-veneered record player. He grew up in a profoundly musical household, his dad being professional musician who put him into music lessons from the moment he had enough motor control in his hands to hold a guitar pick. He is nonetheless a completely self-taught DJ, buying all the necessary gear with money saved up from a part-time job as an advertiser and learning by bringing a new piece of musical technology home, plugging it in, and pushing all the buttons until something happened. The first record he bought was an experimental instrument house mix, called “INFILTRATORS.”
• He began playing in local bars and clubs in his hometown, getting his first break when the DJ called in sick at a local pub. He soon blew up the town and began playing in the most famous clubs, after he was discovered by Athens based Uteam Label crew. He was taken under the wing of Uteam, who took him on tour and some secret techno resort that common tourists don’t know about. He has since enjoyed immense success, blowing up dance floors across the country to sold-out crowds. He has shared the decks with the likes of many great global underground DJ's. He is also a prolific and respected producer, having released 22 albums and 10 EPs since he got up this morning. His most recent mega-hit track, “Rising” has been charted by every single fucking DJ.
• Vee Rush's musical style reflects his eclectic influences—from high-modernist integral surrealism to pop-funk fusion to rock epic poetry to 80's hair metal—all distilled down to pure, crystalline deep tech house. He’s not limited to house, instead combining disco, minimal, indie, glitch, and progressive house to create a new sound.
• After all these years he continues to play live music at several places. His must? His giving to people, full energy for dancing and have fun through his sets.
• As he loves to say, he considers his self as one media guy. At past he was involved with TV shows productions, radio shows, he was published a local magazine, he was created his own advertising company, he was published a local newspaper, too! But his great love is music and all around it. So continually he is focused to it.
• He promises that, with the love of his friends, will never stop to give them what they want. Never give up of playing and producing good music...
