Jim Collins started his career as a DJ quite late in life back in Portsmouth where he played at Bar Bluu along with DJs such as Martin Metcalf and The Six Million Dollar Boys. Years before he was involved with musicians such as Glenn Goldsmith and Jazzy B (Soul II Soul) as well as other DJs such as Brandon Block, Alex P, Marco V, Mr C (The End) and Matt Hardwick (The Gallery, Turnmills). He also played alongside J-Joy and DJ Roberta During a residency at Barcode in Malta. He has played at venues such as The Limelight, Matter, Mass (London) as well as clubs in Birmingham and as far afield as Exeter.
Until recently Jim was Resident at Pasha, Brighton where he played a mix of funky house and funky uplifting remixes of the more commercial chart hits whilst every now and then dropping in the odd electro or trance anthem.
