I used the following transitions: fadeout, try to match the key the tracks have simuliar, a vocal sample and sometimes a BPM drop at the end of a track or BPM speedup at the beginning of a track...yes I'm no DJ...

Well, with Mixmeister software it is not that hard.
It's difficult to just describe it exactly how to do that.
