Kalaxe began his journey at 14 years old mixing some tracks in his house after bought his firsts vinyls. With 16 years he started working as a DJ in some bars and clubs so that he could learn more about the dance floor. In 2009 he began to achieve some recognition and has participated in major events including a summer festival called Ocean Spirit where he played for about 4000 people. In 2010 he sign up to Pionner New Generation Dj contest with 3100 djs, all over the world and he got the 74º place beeing the only portuguese dj in top 100. In 2011 Kalaxe started studying creation and musical composition in order to be able to increase the quality of their productions in which he has been working this past year. he also was present in Calpe, the latest destination in Spain of Portuguese finalists with Xtravel agency and also the official DJ of Chevrolet in Marés Vivas TMN 2011. Kalaxe's sets and productions are based in Afro House, Progressive House and Electro.
