About Me
In 2007, he was introduced to DJ’ing by one of his friends and eventually started working as a DJ on Phatbeats Radio, London, which allowed him to get his first residency at the Number 8 Bar in Willesden, London.
DJ Jinx’s style of music consists mainly of Dirty Dutch House, Electro House, Funky House, Progressive House and Minimal Tech House with some touch ups on Commercial House tunes to keep the dancefloor spanking busy!
On his arrival to Mauritius in 2009, he has had the opportunity of working with the Addictive Tour and eventually, with the help of Jevin Moorghen, they created MauriceFM, where the concept was mainly based on making a 100% club-based web-radio station. The unique style of mixing of DJ JinX has always mesmerized people, be it on a live event or on a radio station, which makes DJ Jinx one choice of DJ you can always come to. Currently DJ Jinx is spinning in various areas of Mauritius as a freelance DJ.
