Welcome all people! Hello again families, friends and fans!

In this job is much work behind it again! I have made 10 sound masters (!!!!) of the READY RECORDED LIVE TRACK to find the best end sound! I have also asked my son and my wife which end master sound is the best - haha! And then I have listened to that version again and again to find distortion mistakes or other faults in the ready recorded LIVE track! This is my best end sound version!

Also I have cut the LIVE track particular later in the recording, because THE TRACKS were really loooooong there! Very long and sometimes boring! Looooong dj works, good - but very special, if you know what I mean!

Apart from that all is played LIVE with the TRAKTOR KONTROL S8, after a lot of preparations BEFORE THAT! You know, the TRAKTOR KONTROL S8 is the tool of CARL COX, I love it, because you can do the same as with 4 PIONEER 2000 NEXUS CDJ's, the PIONEER DJM 2000 NEXUS + RMX 1000, or even MORE, but it is not so expensive! A very good dj tool by NATIVE INSTRUMENTS!

Ok, it's not summer yet, but perhaps you can FEEL the summer with this mix! It shall be the first mix of a series FOR THIS YEAR 2018!

Welcome ALL people, hello again friends, families & fans!

So the mp3 format is really a annoyance sometimes! I have made SEVEN sound masters (!!!!!) of the READY RECORDED LIVE TRACK, but the mp3 format plays only the strongest frequencies of the track and minimizes the other frequencies to compress the music and to get less bytes, you know perhaps!

Thus when you pull the basses down the mp3 format plays the highs very strong - when you also pull the highs down the track sounds dull. Also the mp3 format minimizes the background frequencies for the stronger front frequencies! Compression amplifies only the effect.

So when I have compared ALL masters at least I have noticed that in fact MASTER NUMBER 1 is the best COMPROMISE for ALL frequencies! I was really surprised! THIS IS master number 1 and I hope you can feel the sounds in the mp3 format!

Furthermore I have cut THE READY RECORDED LIVE TRACK, because it needed some improvements to sound very good!

But above all the track is played LIVE with the TRAKTOR KONTROL S8 after a lot of preparations BEFORE that too! I have searched for the best transitions in the often different keys. And also I have compiled a lot of LOOPS in two remix decks and then I have all mixed LIVE together! A lot of work!

Welcome all people, hello friends and fans again!

I was fancy to mix some Uplifting Trance and Vocal Trance this time, because I want to mix something else after the many Vocal House in the last time! I have always loved melodic - and harmonic trance and have mixed that also often in the past, but just not in the last time! So here is again a mix of this nature!

A track of my friends DJANE FLORE and DJ JOEY is also in this mix! They are producers and my friends and beyond that I love "CHILDREN OF THE SUN", it has a wonderful melody! And many other tracks, BRANDNEW BOUGHT on BEATPORT!

First I have recorded the mix LIVE with many cue points and loop arrangements BEFORE I have done it! The tracks are often produced in different keys, so often it wasn't easy to come in the tracks! And these productions are very loooooong, sometimes over seven minutes long (!!!!), so I have played the best parts of these productions in the mix!

Furthermore I have recorded LOOPS from the productions and from other productions in two remix decks and have mixed all LIVE with effects only compiled for this mix!

THEN I have done a sound master of the recording in a DAW and have cut the tape there, because the productions were still very loooooong, too long to get a diversified mix!

So the tracks in this mix are all bought BRANDNEW at TRAXSOURCE! I haven't found real good stuff either on Beatport or on dj - shop.de or on dj - tunes or on other dj platforms this time, but these tracks are it worth to be played I think!

The tracks weren't produced in the same bpm again and nearly ALL in different keys, so I have set many cue points and LOOP PATCHES with the Traktor Kontrol S8 BEFORE I have played the set LIVE to mix this difficult stuff!

Furthermore I have recorded many loops FROM THE TRACKS + some other loops and have placed them in two remix decks and have mixed them additional all together LIVE! In addition with some effects.

Then I have worked with the recorded LIVE tape in a DAW. Because the tracks are produced loooooong and special for clubs I have removed very long parts there and have cut the tape at some places. And to improve transitions and parts I have done this in the DAW.

There are CLUB MIXES in the tape, soulful house, vocal house and jacking house, important was that it has a phat groove and nice vocals. And that it was FUNKY! To hold the phat funky groove I have worked with that many, many loops!

And BERLIN? First it is the capital city of my homeland Germany, so it stands for the proud of my dj homeland and for me!
Secondly I would wish to hear this sound in a club in BERLIN and I would play it there to make the people DANCE! FUNK makes you dance automatic!

So when you listen to some productions in this mix you may say that the poetry of some tracks is a bit absurd and giggly, but remember that the writers have sealed the text going with CLUB SOUNDS and CLUB CULTURE! So written for FUN and JOY!

I have compiled and bought these tracks on dj.shop.de, after I haven't found real good stuff on Beatport this time. When you are Englishman or American you can hear probably which tracks are produced in England or in America and which tracks are produced in Germany, because of the dialect of the singer, but also the American productions on Beatport can be amusing realating to the poetry! So be forbearing please!

This time it was very difficult to mix this BRANDNEW TRACKS, because nearly ALL TRACKS are in different keys! I have arranged the LIVE MIX with a lot of cue points BEFORE I have played and recorded the mix! When you listen to the mix you may say: all sounds easy, but by no means it was very, very difficult to mix it!
