So you may ask yourself, why can't we all just relax, why can't we be our best selves more often, why can't we live together in peace? Well. Here's my suggestion: turn away from trying to understand the "we" question, and just focus on the one thing you can actually influence: yourself. Why can't I relax? Why can't I be my best self more often? Why can't I live together with other people in peace and understanding?
