Yes, thanks! I did find that path ... I just wasn't sure where the photo would end up ... but all is well now! Thx for being there, Javier!!
Please look at the Edit button in the right drop down, then select Photo. Hope this helps.
OK: I've tried a half-dozen times to upload the photo for the STORM CHILLS mix with no success; if you'd like to see the cover art, you'll have to go to Mixcloud, apparently: https://www.mixcloud.com/>...OK: I've tried a half-dozen times to upload the photo for the STORM CHILLS mix with no success; if you'd like to see the cover art, you'll have to go to Mixcloud, apparently: https://www.mixcloud.com/beatconscious/storm-chill...

Really confusing that there's apparently no access from this media page to edit this....

The final title of any show of mine develops as the overall vibe of the session takes shape, but while it’s being built, it just has a working title. The late August working title of this set was "toolate" b/c I knew there wouldn't be time to post it that month.
And then suddenly, we had to get ready for a Cat. 5 hurricane whose diameter was greater than the north/south length of Florida. People watched in growing horror, uncertain what to do until, for some, it was too late to leave. But I don't leave; like my neighbors, I harden the house and hunker down.
It's times like these when you need a generous serving of what might be called Muscular Chill to help you thru the effort of preparing to face an epic storm, balanced by the need to remain frosty & not freak out.
I'd like to tell you I had this on repeat during those scary days; in reality, it was 24/7 storm reporting. But when YOUR storm comes, I do believe this will help.

Just about 10 years ago, as my ex and I were disengaging for what would turn out to have been the last time, I came back from a trip to his place in No. Carolina and cooked up this set in the emotional coals and ashes of that visit. And posted it as the 2008 Valentine’s Day sesh on mmRadio.
This year, I got some inspiration regarding reworking older sets & that sent me back for a fresh take on this collection of R&B-flavored tunes. I like to think the vibe is deeper now, and smoother, and maybe a little bit less weighty, if you get my drift =;^)
The smooth soul / R&B results include work from Remy Shand, Vice Lounge, Cinematic Orchestra, Groove Theory, Kool & the Gang remixed by De-Phazz, Praful and more.
I've always thought the original cover image was solid breakup gold, so I kept that and the title... but relax! There are no terms or conditions that accompany this mix.

You look stressed – and who could blame you, things being the way they are.
Here's a collection of tunes that catches you at an energetic height with some intense and sparkly tracks, then gently works all the pent-up tension out of you, bit by bit, until you reach that moment where you can begin to unwind. I suspect you will have company – so many of us getting exhausted from living on the edge, looking for that same opportunity to just let go of the turmoil, grab a little personal time and chill for a bit.
The trick we're trying to pull off here, of course, is to chill you without robbing you of your energy. The line-up chosen for this task includes Praful, Nicolas Jaar, Clif Martinez, Olafur Arnalds, Tep No, Lilly Ahlberg, and many more.

Here, have a seat, get comfy, let me freshen up your drink, take your time, but by all means, explain yourself.
What you think, what you believe, what you prefer, what you won't put up with ... From something as simple as the music you enjoy to something as profound as your feelings about religion or having children, sooner or later someone's going to press you to explain yourself. Should you feel obliged to satisfy them? There was a time when polite deflection was enough but apparently, where we are now, it seems each one of us must choose a side. I wish for you the courage, confidence and inner peace to make your stand. Let this collection soothe and strengthen you, courtesy of contributions from Grace Kelly, Beady Belle, Emancipator, Tycho, The Warheads, and many more, opening with the latest by Irresistible Force from the new release, Kira Kira -- for which, much thanks to Robin.

While my preferred form of jazz is the sultry, smoky late-night jazz club vibe, I can always find the time for a session that focuses on the bright energy that lifts the spirits and moves the bodies in those same jazz clubs a little earlier in the evening ....
The range of players in this set runs from the way-back sound of Coleman Hawkins, Ethiopia's Tezetaye Atchi Lidj, and James Carter thru some of today's practitioners -- Kirk Degiorgio, Urban Chill, Future by Design, and Jazzanova, to name a few.
Drop in and spend an hour whenever you need to replenish your own bright energy ... we’ll save a seat for you.
