About Me
DJ Tony Lebrons love of music developed at an early age, as he listened to his mothers Latin music collection at home and to local DJs pulling hits from crate after crate of vinyl at neighborhood parties. More than that, he is of that generation that witnessed the birth of rap/hiphopand at 16, he began to DJ for friends and for-hire. In 1986, Tony discovered the NY club scene, including these legendary hotspots like The Tunnel, HeartThrobs, 1018, Sound Factory, Octagon, Roseland & Studio 54. It was at this time that Tony began promoting for the NYC Underground Club in Union Square, where he was influenced by DJs such as Jose The Animal Diaz, Roman Ricardo, Louie Vega, Baby J, Eric B and many others who contributed to the melting pot of Tonys musical influences.
