After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music. - Aldous Huxley
Ever since being held to a joke statement while at school, I've been playing music to crowds of occasionally interested and appreciative people. Have stayed fiercely loyal to vinyl through all the technological new horizons [i.e. luddite!] despite it being ludicrously heavy and expensive. Would feel like cheating going completely digital although I have recently acquired a CDJ in order to play out those tunes which don't get a vinyl release lol. Mostly US vocal house and garage, with a smattering of original disco and Balearica for good measure. Not above playing a bit of more well-known, popular or even just straight cheesy stuff when the occasion demands/allows, just like I'll play something I know no-one knows if it fits the bill. Musical horses for aural courses surely? Anyway... Enjoy!
