Handbag House started off as two 45-minute mixes to fit on either side of a cassette tape for two friends who really appreciated the music on a night out in Newcastle. The Handbag House series grew in popularity with clubbers who are into up-to-date commercial house, dance remixes of pop and R&B tracks and the odd old-skool track, too. The almost 'bootleg'-style of mixing has also proved to maintain interest.
Fun, dancable and singalongable, it's not supposed to be taken seriously but it's great for sticking on when getting ready to go out to get you into the mood!
