About Me
The meanwhile legendary hr3 Club Night, initially broadcasted in 1990 and the first German radio show featuring DJ live sets and club music, has been good cause for him to cancel other appointments on Saturdays in order to be able to tape-record just mixed club tracks. It was the initial path-breaking inducement for him to become strongly interested in deejaying & mixing and finally to become a DJ himself.
Discotiser started his career as a Hip-Hop and Multiple DJ called Shoomy in summer 1999 in the currently oldest club of Frankfurt – the Cooky’s. For him, deejaying is both passion and profession. Melting tracks into each other, watching people partying, as well as the club culture – that’s what he is addicted to.
It‘s DISCOTISER’s selection of tracks that delights his audience: a mix of contemporary sounds between Deep & Tech consisting of groove, rhythm and driving beats that take root in the listener’s ear – always looking for each track’s distinctiveness.
